Introduction
The forms system is a marvel of technological development by Web Services. It allows people to create forms and receive the data in an easy to digest format.
Creating A Form
Currently the only way to have a form created for you is to fill out the deliciously meta form request form.
Generating Reports
If you have had a form created for you. You can generate data reports based on the submissions you have received. Below are the steps to generate a report.
- Go to the Forms Admin Page
- Click the number of submissions or the reports button.
- Check the boxes that you want to appear in your report
- Click Generate Report
- (optional) If you want to export your report to a comma separated values file, click the export report link on the top near the header.
