Introduction

The forms system is a marvel of technological development by Web Services. It allows people to create forms and receive the data in an easy to digest format.

Creating A Form

Currently the only way to have a form created for you is to fill out the deliciously meta form request form.

Generating Reports

If you have had a form created for you. You can generate data reports based on the submissions you have received. Below are the steps to generate a report.

1. Go to the Forms Admin Page
2. Click the number of submissions or the reports button.
   
3. Check the boxes that you want to appear in your report
   
4. Click Generate Report
5. (optional) If you want to export your report to a comma separated values file, click the export report link on the top near the header.
