What is a Screencast?
|
A screencast is a digital video recording of what you see on your computer screen, often accompanied by audio narration. It's like a screenshot, but instead of capturing a single image, it captures a series of images over time, creating a video. This is a great way to present or get information to others in a non-live format and is a great alternative to using Lecture Capture. This is a great way to record lectures as part of a flipped classroom, to do tutorials, give feedback on student assignments or have students present information to the rest of class. Below are the supported screencasting tools at Â鶹ÊÓƵ. |
