Technology Services supports the use of this device on our network. Tab casting is not supported on the 鶹Ƶ network.
Finding the MAC address
During the initial setup, when choosing your WiFi network, scroll over all the way to right. The MAC address is listed there. Call the Technology Helpline with the MAC address. Once registered, we recommend powering down your Fire TV Stick and power it up again. Once restarted, choose the "鶹Ƶ" network.
