Off-campus housing does not require registration to the �鶹��Ƶ network. Chapel View is on-campus and does require that your device is registered on the �鶹��Ƶ network.

Troubleshooting

1. Try restarting the wireless access point.
2. Try connecting to other wireless networks.
3. Try plugging your computer into the wireless access point or check to make sure it is properly connected.
4. If none of these help, please call the Helpline. Our Core Services staff may be able to help.
5. If they are unable to resolve the issue, it is likely that you will need to speak to your Internet Service Provider (e.g. Mediacom,Charter, etc.).
