Lamination
Media Services offers lamination services to 鶹Ƶ students, employees, and on-campus departments and organizations.
USI Wide Laminator
Materials up to 26 inches in width can be laminated. The cost for lamination is 50 cents per linear foot. Sales taxes will be added to the total price for students - college departments are not taxed.
We are unable to laminate "waxy" materials, such as crayon or special inks.
Lamination can be performed during regular office hours by student employees. You may wish to call 10 minutes before your arrival if the materials will be laminated "on-the-spot", allowing the machine to warm up to 290 degrees. Additionally, materials can be dropped off, laminated sometime during the day, and picked up in the afternoon or the following day. No appointment is required.
Notice: We cannot guarantee the results created by the lamination process. A large sum of heat and pressure will be introduced to your papers; thin layers of air may be trapped during the lamination process. We will make our best attempt to avoid such negative effects.
GBC Small Laminator
Materials up to 12 inches in width (preferably smaller to prevent unlaminated edges) can be laminated. The cost for lamination is 25 cents per linear foot. Sales taxes will be added to the total price for students - college departments are not taxed.
We are unable to laminate "waxy" materials, such as crayon or special inks.
Lamination can be performed during regular office hours by student employees. Materials can be dropped off, laminated sometime during the day, and picked up in the afternoon or the following day. No appointment is required. However, it should only take us a few minutes to process your request if few things are to be laminated.
