Printer Error 59.40

Symptoms:

Displays 59.40 error.
asks for repeated restarts, with no progress.

Apparently, a 59.40 error means that the print cartridge motor is not turning. I don’t know if the motor is inside the cartridge, or if the cartridge is just stuck and the printer motor can’t move it.

Either way, the fix is to just replace the printer cartridge.
