If a hardware problem is thought to be the issue for a non-functioning computer, Technology Services does not handle hardware issues. In this case we would refer them to the manufacturer of the computer.
Faculty/Staff
All hardware problems of college-owned hardware are covered by Technology Services, and are considered a high priority, especially if the hardware is causing your computer not to start up.
