Troubleshooting

Adobe Bridge always crashes or freezes during use. (Macintosh)

1. Update to the latest version of Adobe Bridge.

Download the latest Adobe Bridge update from the Adobe website at .

2. Reset preferences, purge central cache, and reset the default workspace.

Hold down Command+Option+Shift while you start Adobe Bridge to reset the preferences, purge the central cache, and reset the default workspace. Damaged preferences or workspaces can cause unexpected behavior in Adobe Bridge. Purging the central cache can fix display issues for thumbnail previews in the Bridge.

Note: You may lose some labels and ratings when you purge the central cache.
