3 Crowns Cards Â鶹ÊÓƵ issues 3 Crowns Cards rather than outside door keys for residence hall access. These cards allow everyone on campus to access every residence hall from 8 am to 11 pm, and to access their own hall 24 hours.
GTS employees have 3 Crowns Cards for residence halls as well as for access to our grey box and the Helpline "FishBowl." Helpers are expected to carry their cards with them when they are working.
Lost or missing cards are to be immediately reported on the Account page (log in from homepage - click on your name). You are responsible for replacing lost or missing cards. There will be a $40.00 charge for replacement cards. Cards can be replaced in Dining Services.
Grey Box Keys
Â鶹ÊÓƵ Helpline employees are allowed access to our Grey Box with their Three Crowns Card. The Grey Box is a security measure that allows us to have access to buildings and rooms and controls who has that access and when. Our Grey Box also tracks who is checking out a key and when. Employees are to only check out keys with their own 3 Crowns Card.
