-- is web-based system that allows 鶹Ƶ students, faculty and staff to access important academic information. WebAdvisor is also where students register for courses, check grades and register for housing placement.

WebAdvisor has different features depending who logs in.

Guests

If you are not logged into WebAdvisor, only limited options are available.

Passwords

Your WebAdvisor password must be 6 to 9 characters in length and include both letters and numbers. It is not automatically the same as your email password.
If you don't know (or forgot) your WebAdvisor password, you can reset it by clicking the link. You will be asked to provide your 鶹Ƶ username and either your Social Security Number or 鶹Ƶ ID number. A temporary password will be sent to your 鶹Ƶ email account (if you don't know your email password - please stop by the Technology Helpline). The first time you log in with this temporary password, you will be prompted to choose another password.

If your account is disabled for failed log in attempts (Your account has been disabled due to too many incorrect login attempts), please wait 5 minutes and try again. The system will reset itself.

The Student Menu allows students access to a number of different options and resources, sorted by topic.

Are my email and WebAdvisor passwords the same?
WebAdvisor and email passwords are not the same. You can set them to be the same, but this does not happen automatically.
How do I reset my WebAdvisor password?
If you have lost (or don't know) your WebAdvisor password, you can reset it by:
  1. Visiting the .

Is the WebAdvisor system available 24 hours a day/7 days a week?
WebAdvisor is unavailable daily from 2:00 a.m. to 4:00 a.m. CDT for system maintenance.
I received the following message: "Your account has been disabled due to too many incorrect login attempts. Please contact your system administrator." Am I really disabled?
No, you will be able to log back in again in 5 minutes. Please see How do I reset my WebAdvisor password above if you don't know your password.
