Clearing browser cache

Firefox 17

To clear your browser cache in Mozilla Firefox, perform the following steps:

  1. Go to History-->Clear Recent History.
  2. Make sure Cache is checked.
  3. Select a time period from the "Time range to clear" drop-down box.
  4. Click "Clear Now".

Google Chrome

To clear your browser cache in Google Chrome, perform the following steps:

  1. Click Chrome at the top left of the screen.
  2. Select "Clear browsing data".
  3. Make sure "Empty the cache" is checked.
  4. Select a time period from the "Clear data from this period" drop-down box.
  5. Click the "Clear Browsing Data" button.

Internet Explorer 10

To clear your browser cache in Internet Explorer 10, perform the following steps:

  1. Go to Tools-->Delete Browsing History.
  2. Make sure "Preserve Favorites website data is unchecked".
  3. Make sure "Temporary Internet Files" and "Cookies" is checked.
