Windows Command Prompt is an interface in which users manually tell the computer to do certain commands. It is most commonly used by the advanced user who knows and understands the commands within windows. If a user does not know what he or she is doing, they should access it with caution.
To access it, a user should type 'cmd' or 'Command Prompt' into the run box.
