A video card is a computer component that performs image and video calculations to help reduce the workload of the processor.
Integrated
Many motherboards have integrated video cards which results in lower performance compared to separate video cards, especially when video editing and gaming. Integrated video cards typically do not perform worse for standard tasks such as checking e-mail, writing papers and listening to music.
