Clocking In/Out
We will use TimeClock for you to clock in and out. Timeclock will be installed on a Helpline computer in the Helpline Computer Lab area. You will not need to clock in/out for lunch.

We will meet every morning in the Technology Services office area outside of Tami's office at 8:15am. We will run through the to-do list for the day. This meeting is run by the duty people for the day.

During the morning meeting, we will go through the database, and your work load for the day will depend on what you volunteer for at the morning meeting. The Duty People will most likely take the cases where it will take a phone call to resolve and other jobs that will involve staying around the office.
