Cause

The toner cart is jammed.

Known fixes

  1. Pressing the green GO button.
  2. Pull out the toner cartridge and peel back the guard over the green drum. Rotate the green drum to free it. Put toner back and test printing.
  3. Last resort, replace the printer cartridge. Please attach a note to the toner indicating that the cartridge is defective.
