The iPad can be connected to the 鶹Ƶ wireless network by choosing 鶹Ƶ or 鶹ƵSecure. No registration is needed.

Finding your MAC address
Tap Settings > General > About scroll down to Wi-Fi Address
The MAC address should be 6 pairs of numbers (0-9) and letters (A-F) separated by colons.
