The Media Development Station a part of the Culpeper Language Center and is located in Vickner 108B. The station houses a multi-region VCR, international DVD player, DVD-R, cassette tape deck, mini-DV unit and Macintosh computer equipped with video and audio editing and conversion software.

The Media Development Station also now houses the Dish receivers and Replay TVs used for capturing and recording international television. The station contains one television set with build-in US encoded VHS player, two ReplayTV units, and three DISH Network receivers. Faculty members may use the ReplayTVs in conjunction with DVArchive to record international programing for use in the classroom.
