Adding Proxy Access

Navigate To Proxy Access Page

There are a number of ways to get to the proxy access page in My�鶹��Ƶ where you can manage access to your information.

Direct Link: /proxyaccess

From My�鶹��Ƶ (): Choose the menu option called “View/Add Proxy Access” in both the left side User Options menu or in the menu that appears when you click your username at the top-right of the page.

From WebAdvisor (): Chose the link called "My�鶹��Ƶ Parent Access" which is under the parent access menu.

Adding A Proxy Person

Located at the bottom of the View/Add Proxy Access page is a section called "Add a Proxy". In this section is a dropdown box where you can select the person you would like to add as a proxy. Once a proxy candidate is selected you will see additional information and options. Please verify that the email address listed for your proxy is the one that they want to use for proxy communications and that their relationship to you is accurate. Select either to "Allow Complete Access" or "Allow Select Access". If you chose to allow select access for your proxy you will need to specify the different types of information you want your proxy to have access to by using the checkboxes. Once you are finished with that review the disclosure agreement and then hit "Save".
