Importing Contacts
- Create a CSV file of your contacts from your previous mail client. If you have recently migrated to GusMail, your Webmail contacts are in the CSV format in your home directory, however if you used an email client, the email client address book would be more up-to-date.
- Log into your Google Mail (GusMail for the 鶹Ƶ community)
- In the top-left corner, click Gmail>Contacts.
- On the Google Contacts page, click More, and then Click Import on the left hand side column.
- Locate your CSV file on your computer, and click Import.
Exporting from Thunderbird
- Open Thunderbird
- Click the Address Book button
- Click Tools
- Click Export
- Save the (.csv) file to your computer.
Export from Apple Mail
- Open the Contacts application on your Mac.
- Click All Contacts
- Click File, Export, Export vCard
- Save this file to your computer.
