This feature is not supported on our network. Please disable it by following the directions below.

  1. Click on Start.
  2. Search for Settings and select it to open.
  3. Click on Network & Wireless.
  4. Click on Wi-Fi.
  5. Click on Manage.
  6. Disable Random hardware addresses.

Note: This option will only be available if your device hardware is supported.
