鶹Ƶ Technology Services offers multiple account access options for alumni and graduates.

New alumni are able to continue using their 鶹Ƶ e-mail and home directory for one year after graduation.

After one year Alumni are able to forward their 鶹Ƶ email to another account forever. Alumni also have the option of downloading a zip file of their home directory and past e-mail.

Alumni also have the option of paying for continued e-mail and home directory access.

E-mail forwarding

We encourage alumni to forward their e-mail. When you turn E-mail forwarding on, this allows for your account to continue receiving e-mails even after the 1 year period of your account activity. It might be the answer if you do not want to keep your 鶹Ƶ e-mail account, but do want to receive any e-mails that are sent to it. E-mail forwarding will forward the e-mails to another e-mail address of your choosing. This option can be activated or adjusted in your account settings. There is no charge for e-mail forwarding and will last as long as you wish.

The Classes of 2005-2013 are being offered the option of continued use of their 鶹Ƶ e-mail account. This option is available for $25. This option can be activated by visiting the . This would extend e-mail access for 2013 graduates until the summer of 2015.

I'm a 2010 graduate and I paid for continued e-mail access until September 2012, can I keep my email longer than that?

Yes, you can extend your account for another year by paying an additional $25 dollars.


How can I get this .zip file if I do not have high speed internet? Can you send me a DVD of this file?

Yes, we can send you a DVD with the contents of your Home Directory with proper identification and mailing address. Please contact the Technology Helpline.
