| | | |
− | ==Checking out equipment==
| |
− | To check out equipment, go to the Media Services office during the Checkout Hours (see below) and a Media Services employee will assist you with equipment checkout. You must be on the approved list as well as have a signed contract on file in order to check out equipment. Also, make sure to have your 3 Crowns Card with you as well.
| |
− |
| |
− | Assuming the equipment you want is available, then the Media Services employee will go through the equipment making sure everything is accounted for. Upon completion of the checklist, you simply sign the checkout form and can be on your way. The whole process only takes a couple of minutes, depending on the amount of equipment you need to check out.

− | ===Reservations===
| |
− | If you would like to ensure equipment will be available for you to check out on a specific date, you may request to make a reservation by visiting the Media Services office. You may make a reservation anytime the office is open by speaking with an employee.

− | ====WebReservation====
| |
− | In the near future, students enrolled in courses will be able to make a reservation from any computer on campus, therefore eliminating an extra trip to our office. This will be implemented with the [[WebReservation]] system. All students eligible to perform an online reservation will be notified when the feature becomes available.
