Magic ports are ports that will allow machines to get valid IP addresses even when they are not registered with 鶹Ƶ Registration for internet access. Address range is 138.236.1.XXX. See Ethan Sommer if you have additional questions or concerns regarding these ports.
Magic ports are located in the setup room during the school year, as well as inside the Olin Computer Lab for GTS summer staff during the summer months.
