The hardware database is a database that 鶹Ƶ uses to keep track of its hardware inventory. The hardware database software that we use is called FileMaker Pro.
== How to access the hardware database

1 Open Filemaker Pro Click on "open an existing file" and click ok
2 Click on "Open Remote"
3 Click on filemaker.gac.edu and type in user information when prompted to do so. "Make sure you type in Helpline for the user name and the correct password"
4 Click on the database you want to open, usually it is Hardware Database GAC-2004. Click open and enter in Helpline as the user name and the correct password.
5 You now can search by GAC-TAG and or Serial Number!
