Symptoms
HP 4250 LaserJet Printer displays 59.40 error. It may ask for repeated restarts.
Cause
The toner cart is jammed.
Known fixes
- Pressing the green GO button.
- Pull out the toner cartridge and peel back the guard over the green drum. Rotate the green drum to free it. Put toner back and test printing.
- Last resort, replace the printer cartridge. Please attach a note to the toner indicating that the cartridge is defective.
