=== Registers storing offline ===

==== Cause ====
IASSurePosServer.exe process on server Evelyn has failed, it sensed that the SQLServer was not there, right or wrong.
==== Solution ====
A) Restart IASSurePosServer.exe on server or Reboot server.

B) Upload transactions from POS Terminals, upload POS terminal where cards are entered manually last.

If during upload, the IASSurePosServer.exe process fails again, there is a good chance that the database on the POS Terminals has invalid data in the ID Card number. To fix this, do the following: (During this do not allow anyone to use the POS Terminal)

A) Close out the SurePOS program on the POS Terminal

B) Copy the SurePOS.mdb file from C:\SurePOs directory to a computer with Microsoft Access.

C) Remove records with invalid data from database.

D) Copy SurePOS.mdb back on POS Terminal replacing original file.

E. Start SurePOs.exe and finish upload.
=== Registers storing offline ===

On server Evelyn, the IASSurePosServer.exe process has failed. Either restart process, or you can restart server and all processes will start. After server is fixed, need to upload trasactions from registers to the server. If during upload from registers, the IASSurePosServer process fails again, there is most likely invalid data in the database on the register, usually on the register(s) that they are manually entering card number. First, restart IASSurePosServer.exe on server, upload data from registers not already uploaded, skipping register that caused process to stop. After all registers are uploaded, go to the register(s) that possibily have invalid data, copy the SurePos.mdb from the C:\SurePOS directory to a computer with Microsoft Access. Pull up the database, check the tblTransactions for invalid data, most likely decimal point in ID number field. Delete records from database. Copy back to register, replacing existing file. Start SurePOS program, logon, and then do uplad.
