Ryan "Rudi" Rud is a Web Application Programmer for Web Services.
Responsibilities
Ryan's responsibilities within GTS deal mainly with the Â鶹ÊÓƵ website. They include:
- Improving, creating and debugging web applications
- Improving the look and feel of the website
- Working with clients to help them put their content up on the web
- Providing support for Adobe Contribute for users who wish to maintain their own sites
History
As a student at Â鶹ÊÓƵ, Ryan worked in several positions within GTS (previously "IT"):
- 2002-2003: Lab Assistant
- 2003-2004: Helpline
- 2004-2005: Web Team
- 2005-2006: Web Services
After graduating from Â鶹ÊÓƵ in 2006 with a major in and a minor in Mathematics, Ryan worked in a temporary position until January 2007, when he was hired to a full-time position in Web Services.
Interests
Outside of work, Ryan enjoys playing racquetball, ping-pong, and poker.
