Creating .pdf files

To create .pdf files from paper documents:

  1. Go to the copier/fax machine by Teri’s desk.
  2. Place document(s) face up in the top tray.
  3. Select email option.
  4. Select “From” and put in Teri Bauman’s name.
  5. Select “To” and type in the recipient.
  6. Select “Subject” and type “pdf files requested.”
  7. Press start.
  8. The machine will ask you if you want to keep the settings. Press no.

For double-sided documents:

  1. After the “From,” “To,” and “Subject” headings have been filled out, click on the button that says email settings.
  2. Click on the button on the left that says describe original.
  3. Select the two-sided option.
  4. Press “OK” twice and then press start.


NOTE: We do NOT scan in documents from a book – pieces of paper only.
